I visit this Michaels often—it’s close to home, and the staff is always so kind. Today is Sunday, June 8th, and while shopping, I suddenly had a hot flash. I didn’t have my towel with me, and when I went to the restroom, there were no paper towels—just the hand dryer, which wasn’t enough. Feeling embarrassed and overwhelmed, I asked a store associate if she could help. She kindly said she’d check the back office and returned with paper towels for me. While waiting, I started thinking about some unfinished craft projects my mom and I talked about before she passed in February. That moment turned into more than a hot flash—it became a wave of grief I wasn’t expecting. That associate’s kindness meant so much. I don’t know her name, but I hope management sees this. We need more people like her in the world—compassionate, quick to help, and truly caring.

This store gives me so many ideas. I love Michaels. This one had a great staff that were helpful and kind. Not to mention 60% off a lot of Christmas items!

Michaels is a pretty good arts and crafts store. Prices are nice, if you are signed up to get the emails with coupons. This location is usually stocked well & clean, with helpful staff.

Had exactly what we were looking for. Using the App made it easy to find things in the store I was shopping at and, of course, gave me the ability to use my coupon. They have self checkout, so checking out was fast and easy.

I had the best experience at Michael's. I came to pic up my package from the store .I was approached by a very kind and attentive employee named Kim. I told her what I had come for, and she was more than happy to help me . Whenever I come to the store, Kim is always busy, but she is never too busy to help customers. I really appreciate Michael's for hiring such a professional and kind spirit employee!!!! Very satisfied customer Mardianne

Brought 20 candles on sale 11/28/25 at about 5pm. I got 2 of each scent. The manager went back to get all boxes. The floor lady helped find 2 of each scent. She even found the last two scents while I was checking out before I paid for them all. The cashier on this date was wonderful ringing me up. They could of done better packaging the candles to prevent them from breaking. (Bag for each candle & then three-four put inside a bigger bag - very slippy plastic). We broke one when we got home (our fault) 11/29/25 - Spoke to store manager (male) who helped us yesterday to praise (lady, him, cashier and cashier today). I informed him my mom came in just before closing last night to purchase new candle w/o receipt or broken candle and spoke to a female manager and service was 180 degree different. It should be the same no matter when you come into store. Re-praised the other four. Because it was considered broken merchandise, they gave me my money back and took broken candle. Cashier lady rang up new candle at $7... I questioned it. The store manager just gave it to me at no charge. 🙂 Exceptional seevice!!!
